Nothing Much

Nothing much is going on around here, but you probably got that from the title. Let me think what I have been doing for the past two weeks. Hmmm. School, school, and school. Well, thats about it.
I am trying to find a good long poem ( one that can take up ten whole minutes) for my interpitive speech I have to do for class and later on for competition. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
I have to go now. I'll blog when there is actually something to blog about. God Bless.

The End... for now

Hey everyone! Dan had his last soccer game today. It was very sad. We all knew it might be the last, but it never really clicked until the game was over and Dan grab his team mate and friend he has played with for the last few years and embraced him in a hug, and then he hugged the other seniors. Yes, big boys cry to. That got us all going. That was Dan's last soccer game. They lost 2 to 1. It was very sad. At the end of the game, after the players were cooled down, the coach made a final speech to everyone and got a little choked up. Then we all got in a circle and prayed, and some more tears were shed. I have to say, I was very proud of my brother today. He went out there and played his heart out, with a bummed out leg. No way was he going to sit on the bench for the last game of his highschool soccer career. Well, I have to go now. This is all to sad for me to keep on writing about. Maybe Joe will continue Dan's legacy. We can only hope. Have a great night everyone, and God Bless.

The Third captain Falls

I'm BLOGGING!!!!!!!
Hey, everyone! This is the third season now that Dan has been carried off the field. Yep, you guessed it. Dan, the third captain, has fallen as well. On Saturday, October 8, 2005 some guy on the other team kicked Dan real hard in the calf of his left leg, it literally looks like their is a brick in his leg and it is really hard to. He went to the doc today, and he wont be playing tomorrow, but Lord willing, he gets to play Saturday ( that is if the win the game tomorrow, which they better do because it is one of the easiest teams in the conference). You can keep him in your prayers. Also one of their best players has a knee injury that is still pretty sore and can't play to his full potential.
Dad is out of town today. He left yesterday evening and will get back late tomorrow night. It is kind of lonesome around here with out his sporadic singing, and Joseph keeps going down to the office and finding that daddy is bye, bye. Poor Jo. He kept asking me where Dad was today.
On the school front I have read 1/2 of 1 Samuel and all of 2 Samuel today. I am on a role. ( I was assigned this last Tuesday and it was due this Tuesday with about 50 billion questions that make your mind turn into mush). I Also finished Till WE Have Faces by: C. S. Lewis. ( If you want a killer head ache and goop for your brain read this book and answer all the theological questions I had to answer.)
Well, I have to go now. Have a wonderful rest of a Monday. God Bless

Rain

I love it when it rains. Exspecially during school because than you don't wish you were outside in the glorious day light instead of doing school. And when it rains you can feel all cozy and snug inside in you pants and sweatshirt. I love it when it is cold.
Not much happended today. I went to speech class, in which there was no homework, and the went to my score of tuesday classes. Oh, and I passed a song I have been playing in my piano book for a month and which I was going to have to play for the recital in the end of November!!!! I would have killed my family if I had kept on playing that song.
Dan had a soccer game today and they won. Yippeeee!!!! Unfortunatley there team has suffered another injury and the may have lost their best player. Man, soccer is a dangerous sport.
Well I have to go, nothing big going on around here. Well good night. God Bless.

Piano and School

Today I have worked like nuts. ( do you like my metophore? It is a metophore isn't?) Well, today I have been doing three things school work, piano, and more school work. I worked from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on my school assignments and then from 5 to 6 on piano. Now it is dinner time and after dinner I have to read my book for the girls missionary book study " Evidence Unseen" and play piano for another half a hour. Oh, and dad is getting home to night. Yippeeeee!!!!!!!

Oh, one more thing, before you get a bad impretion I have to tell you it is not the Piano I dislike, I love piano, it is the school work, who ever invented such a thing, I would like to have a row with him. Well that's it for now, God Bless.

Sick

Hey everyone! There is not much going on around here. I am sick if you didn't get that from the title. Me and my whole family. It is dreadful being sick and it is no fun. I am bored out of my mind. Well, that is enough for ragging on all of you.
Yesturday, Dan had a soccer game. They lost 2 to 6. It was pretty pathetic. Another pathetic thing is that the captain's ,who had to get staples in his head a game before, brother, who is also on the team and a captain, hurt his wrist and the dad of these two unfortinate sons had another trip to the doctor, thankfully it was only a sprained. Watch out Bradly- little bro who is also on the team, Watch out Dan- only captian who has not sustained a injury.
Well I have to go now, God Bless.
