St. Olaf Choir Concert

Everything is going pretty well around here. Last night my dad and I went to the St. Olaf Choir Concert with an older couple from our church and two of their friends. We had to leave our house at 3:50. Before the concert we went out for dinner at Cracker Barrel. There was a lot of traffic but we made it to the conert on time. The choir was so amazing. There were about 500 members in the choir and then they had a full orchestra. Tickets were only given to the alumni and we were very fortunate to know someone who was a alumi from that college and they gave us their extra tickets. This being a concert for the alumni, I believe I was the only kid in the place. Everyone was grayhaired and whenever a song ended there would be about of minute of coughing. It got to be kind of funny. The concert ended at about 9:30 and trying to be ahead of the game, we had left all of our coats in the car. We ran out to the car with out and jackets, it being only seven degrees. When we got there the car we were carpooling in wouldn't start. An hour after the concert was over we finally got the car jumped and we made it home as the clock struck twelve. All in all it was the best choir concert I have ever went to. I don't if I will ever be able to go to another choir concert again. Well, I have to go now. God Bless.

That sounds like so much fun. St. Olaf is one of the colleges that I might like to go to someday. Their choir is so beautiful. That's awful that the car wouldn't start!
See you tonight!
