A day in the infirmary
Joben had a fever today so someone always had to be holding him or pushing him around in his stroller. I figured out the way to keep him from whining was to stroke his face with a finger and sing him a song but after doing this about five times it no longer worked. I think I must of read him his truck book at least fifty times and I wasn't the only one who was called to help; Dave, Dan and Dad also took their turns and Lydia helped entertain Joe whenever he had the energy to get down off our laps. Thankfully there wasn't many diapers to change. After today we're ready for anything. And by the way, my mom is a seasoned pro at this, it hardly fazed her a bit (except when Joe wouldn't take his naps).
